A tragic traffic accident on October 24, 2003, claimed the life of Mark Wandall. In order to create something positive out of this tragic incident, The Mark Wandall Foundation emerged. In the midst of this great loss, family and friends have come together to support and nurture one another while contributing to others that face their own challenges in life.

“Our mission is to reach out to those who have experienced challenges in life to support, nurture and provide enrichment.” The foundation does this by aiding local charities, and funding student scholarships at Sarasota High School. Ultimately the foundation will create a camp for children who have experienced loss in their lives as a tribute to Marks first child, Madison Grace who was born just two weeks after his accident.

Marks “light” will shine on through the good works of the foundation. Now, Madison Grace Mark’s beautiful daughter will always know the positive impact her daddy’s life had in the community and the world.
